Littlemporium is a U.S. family owned business. The following is a guide that we hope will assist you in your purchase or return.

Sizing: We offer a "Size Reference" guide on our site.  This guide as stated is for reference only. Leather can sometimes be difficult to estimate when it comes to sizing. Differences occur by manufacturer, grade of leather and cutting styles. Please measure before purchasing to help avoid exchanges that may cost you (the buyer) return shipping charges.

We often suggest that if you are unfamiliar with purchasing leather that you visit your local leather dealer and try on several of the items to see how leather fits your frame. This will give you a better idea when ordering.

Your Information: At LittlEmporium we know the importance of keeping your information safe.  We use secure checkouts with Paypal and Google Checkout on all of our websites.  We never sell or offer your information to any other persons or companies. Checkout information is never stored or saved therefore if you are a repeat client you will need to verify your payment information. We feel this is the safest way to insure that your personal information is not compromised.

International Purchases: Currently we are working on international sales. At this time we are taking orders for international sales by request only.  If you would like information regarding purchasing items outside the U.S. and the cost for shipping and customs (where applicable) please contact us at Info@EmporiumConcepts.com.

Photos and Descriptions:  All photos and descriptions on this site are for the use of this site only.  Please be kind and ask us before using our photos and descriptions. These photos and descriptions are legally protected.

Pricing: Due to material, production and other economic factors, prices, product details and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Wholesale and Bike Club Pricing:  We have a large number of clients that purchase from us in bulk for resale or for specific bike clubs. For special pricing in this respect please email us and we will be happy to assist you. 

Wholesale clients must submit the appropriate tax ID and other documentation required for registered state and federal businesses in order to obtain wholesale pricing.

Bike club pricing is provided for purchases of 12 pieces or more of merchandise item number.

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders over $100.  Free shipping is not available with any other offer or discount.  Free shipping applies to U.S. deliveries only.

Items that are initially shipped for free and returned for exchange must have the exchange shipping amount added before an exchange can be made (free shipping qualifies on only one shipment and does not apply to exchanged or returned items. Return shipping is not refundable.

Payment Terms: We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashier Check and Personal Check.  Cash is accepted however not suggested as we are not responsible for payments lost in the postal system.  ALL checks (including cashiers checks) require a 10 clearance time.  ALL returned checks are subject to an addition $35.00 NSF handling charge per transaction. Any NSF payment not satisfied by the buyer will be submitted to the local district attorneys office in their jurisdiction and prosecuted.  Any fraudulent payment source will be submitted immediately to the proper authorities.

We do not accept any C.O.D purchases. Money orders ship on the guidelines of credit or cash.

Shipping:  Items are shipped by UPS ground or Fed Ex ground unless otherwise noted.  All fees for shipping are included in the price given at checkout.  Second day delivery is available at the request and cost of the buyer. Please email for a second day delivery cost before purchase.  Second day air is NOT available as free shipping on orders over $100.

Items that are initially shipped for free and returned for exchange must have the exchange shipping amount added before an exchange can be made (free shipping qualifies on only one shipment and does not apply to exchanged or returned items. Return shipping is not refundable.

We attempt to have all orders filled and shipped within 72 hours of payment receipt (unless payment is submitted by check). Orders that are engraved, monogrammed or in any other manner personalized will require an additional 5-7 days to prepare before shipping.  If you are unsure as to the preparation for shipping time please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Although we try to have all order filled and ready for shipment within 72 hours of payment we cannot guarantee delivery time as we have no control over individual carriers.

A physical street address is required on all shipments. We do not deliver merchandise to P.O. Boxes. We verify all addresses to insure safe deliveries.

We carry items from several different manufacturers. Although we attempt to keep the stock allowance as current as possible there may be times when a manufacturer is no longer stocking an item or there is a delay in production. We will contact you or refund your payment if this occurs.

Returns: 

  • Check your item immediately for any defects or other reasons for return

  • All returns require an RA#. You can receive an RA# by request at Info@EmporiumConcepts.com

  • No returns are accepted on altered or used merchandise.

  • RA# do not guarantee that you will receive a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be received and inspected before any refund or exchange occurs.

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items can be exchanged with no additional charge.

  • Items returned for monetary refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Any merchandise returns tat received free shipping will be service charged $10 on refund or exchange.

  • Return postage is not refundable and is the responsibility of the buyer

  • Information provided to obtain an RA# that are misleading or insufficient are not authorized and may be refused.

  • Any item that is returned that was not purchased from Littlemporium will be refused upon inspection.

  • ALL items returned after 30 days of invoice purchase date are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the return postage not refundable.

  • Discontinued items are not returnable.

  • Custom orders or personalized items are  not returnable.

Backorders:  Buyer will be notified of all backorders and will be given the option of cancelling the order or leaving the order open until it can be filled.

Links:  We will be happy to assist you with links to our site and will in return reciprocate if possible as long as you request permission for that link in advance.  DO NOT link directly to this site as we will discontinue that unauthorized link.  NO links will be provided to sites that market or promote adult or illegal material or products.
